See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 15, 2022, Ms. King requested copies of “Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letter(s) of Finding for [identified] complaint[s] …” The School responded on March 11, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. King petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0882, was opened as a result. Pursuant to 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1), an appeal shall be in writing, and all appeals to the Supervisor must include a copy of the original request, any responses by the RAO, and a statement indicating the reason for the appeal. In Ms. King’s letter of appeal to this office, the required copy of the March 11, 2022 response from the School was not provided. Given that a copy of the response was not included, I am unable to process the appeal at this time.
