The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 28, 2022 SPR22/0888 Albert Ganem, Jr. Superintendent Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District 621 Main Street Wilbraham, MA 1095 Dear Superintendent Ganem: I have received the petition of Marion J. King appealing the nonresponse of the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 15, 2022, Ms. King requested the “Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letter(s) of Finding for complaint PRS 5421 and 5491, redacted of any confidential information.” Indicating she had not yet received a response, Ms. King petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0888, was opened as a result. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the District has not provided Ms. King a response to her request for records. Accordingly, the District is ordered to provide Ms. King with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
