See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 31, 2022, Mr. Sheridan requested copies of “… all records pertaining to all fire and ems policies and procedures in place on May 15, 2021.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0907, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Sheridan with a response dated April 20, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sheridan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
