G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 31, 2022, Ms. Johanson requested all documents that contained a particular set of names from September 1, 2021-present. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Johanson petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/0911, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal and a communication from a member of the Public Records Division staff, it is unclear whether a response has been provided. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide Ms. Johanson with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
