Murray Supervisor of Records April 26, 2022 SPR22/0942 Helene Bettencourt Department of Elementary and Secondary Education 89 Wellesley Street Weston, MA 02493 Dear Ms. Bettencourt: I have received the petition of Kathy Davidoff appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Elementary and Secondary (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Davidoff requested a list of employees who attended a particular training session. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Davidoff with a response to the request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed.
