G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 21, 2022, Mr. Sheridan asked, “Can you tell me who holds title to the following parcels in Longmeadow?” The Town provided a response on April 7, 2022. Unsatisfied with the substantive nature of the Town’s response, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0955, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town indicated that it would provide a supplemental response to Mr. Sheridan. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Sheridan with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations, and this order within ten business days.
