The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 28, 2022 SPR22/0966 Melissa K. Ripley Town Clerk Town of Andover 36 Bartlet Street Andover, MA 01810 Dear Ms. Ripley: I have received the petition of Kathleen Grant appealing the response of the Town of Andover (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Grant requested information pertaining to the budget and the “American Rescue Plan Act” relative to the Town’s budget. Ms. Grant was provided with information, and asked for further information regarding Slide 16 of the American Rescue Plan Act presentation. When Ms. Grant did not receive further information, Ms. Grant petitioned the Supervisor of Records, and this appeal was opened. On April 27, 2022, the Town provided the responsive information to Ms. Grant. Given that this appeal was based on the Town’s prior response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Grant may petition the Town’s April 27th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ./J. A.~ .~ - ~--. 0 ~ Rebecca S.
