The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records May 2, 2022 SPR22/0997 Michele Bissonnette Wareham Town Clerk Wareham Town Hall 54 Marion Road Wareham, MA 02571 Dear Ms. Bissonnette: I have received the petition of Joan Kinniburgh appealing the response of the Town of Wareham (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 11, 2022, Ms. Kinniburgh requested a copy of the following records: [1] Board of Selectmen members and Town Administrator: All emails regarding Little Harbor Country Club (LHCC) to and between all parties from August 1, 2021 to April 11, 2022 [2] The executed Purchase and Sale Agreement for Little Harbor Country Club (LHCC). [3] Board of Selectmen Executive Session minutes regarding Little Harbor Country Club (LHCC) from August 1, 2021 to April 11, 2022. The Town responded on April 20, 2022, providing a portion of the responsive records relating to Ms. Kinniburgh’s request. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Kinniburgh petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/0997, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Town provided a supplemental response on April 28, 2022. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Kinniburgh may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s April 28th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
