G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 4, 2022, Mr. Tobin requested a copy of the “active and/or Stay Put IEPs for any student in an out of district placement and/or in a collaborative…” The School provided a fee estimate on April 4, 2022. Mr. Tobin narrowed his request on April 19, 2022 to “…White Oak IEPs.” The School provided a further fee estimate on April 25, 2022. Unsatisfied with the most recent fee estimate, Mr. Tobin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1000, was opened as a result. Subsequent to this appeal being opened, the School provided a supplemental response on May 11, 2022. In light of this, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Tobin may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s supplemental response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
