G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 21, 2022, Mr. Quemere requested: all police department internal affairs data submitted to the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission; please provide the data as a spreadsheet, preferably in Excel format (if the data are not available as a spreadsheet, please advise what formats are available). Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, on May 9th, the City’s Legal Counsel Stephen G. Roche provided Mr. Quemere and this office with the responsive spreadsheet.
