G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 20, 2022, Mr. Burrell requested numerous records from the Orleans Natural Resources and Beach Department. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Burrell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1054, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response on May 9, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Burrell may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
