Murray Supervisor of Records May 20, 2022 SPR22/1055 Susan Jacobs, Town Clerk East Brookfield Town Clerk’s Office 122 Connie Mack Drive East Brookfield, MA 01515 Dear Ms. Jacobs: I have received the petition of Robert Cox, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of the Town of East Brookfield (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Cox requested records pertaining to a particular incident that occurred on March 21, 2021. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Attorney Cox with a response to the request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed. Mr. Cox may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
