Murray Supervisor of Records May 20, 2022 SPR22/1061 Linda Koutoulas, City Clerk Haverhill City Clerk’s Office 4 Summer Street Haverhill, MA 01830 Dear Ms. Koutoulas: I have received the petition of Dee O’Neil appealing the nonresponse of the City of Haverhill (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. O’Neil requested copies of various records, including records pertaining to hydrants. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Ms. O’Neil with a response to the request, including a fee estimate for the provision of records.
