G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 30, 2022, Mr. Hart requested certain communications between School employees. The School provided a fee estimate on April 13, 2022. Mr. Hart paid the fee estimate on April 27, 2022. Claiming not to have received the records, Mr. Hart petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1104, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the School provided the responsive records on May 25, 2022. In light of this, I will consider this appeal closed. If Mr. Hart would like to appeal the substantive nature of the responsive records, he may do so within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
