See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 21, 2022, Mr. Quemere requested “…all police department internal affairs data submitted to the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission; please provide the data as a spreadsheet, preferably in Excel format…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Quemere petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1114, was opened as a result. Subsequently, it is my understanding a representative of the Department provided a response on May 11, 2022 to Mr. Quemere’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Mr. Quemere has appealed the May 11, 2022 response resulting in a new appeal which is currently opened as SPR22/1124. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
