G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 31, 2022, Ms. Ferguson requested “…all records for the following internal affairs investigation: IA-2013-01.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Ferguson petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/1116, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Ferguson with a response dated May 12, 2022. In light of the Department’s May 12th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ferguson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days.
