G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hertz requested an identified set of internal affairs records. Subsequently, I learned that the Town intends to provide Mr. Hertz with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed.
