See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 20, 2021, Mr. Pagan requested twelve items of records relating to a homicide in Springfield, Massachusetts on October 20, 1994. See SPR22/0346 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 24, 2022). On February 24, 2022, this Division learned that a representative from the Office intended on providing a written response to the requestor and SPR22/0346 was closed. The Office provided a response on April 21, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Pagan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1157, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Pagan’s request with a further response sent on May 27, 2022. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
