Pieropan, Esq. Records Access Officer Hampden County District Attorney’s Office 50 State St Springfield, MA 01102 Dear Attorney Pieropan: I have received the petition of Joseph L. Negron appealing the response of the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 28, 2022, Mr. Negron requested, “…the Brady/Giglio List, including from every Hampden counties such as West Springfield Police Department, Holyoke Police Department from 1999 through 2022.” On April 13, 2022, the Office responded. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Mr. Negron petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1172, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded with a further response sent on May 31, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s April 13th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
