G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney McKenna requested records reflecting the re-suspension of a license to operate a motor vehicle since January 9, 2019. Having received no response, Mr. McKenna petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that the Department intends to provide a response to Attorney McKenna. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide said response in compliance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
