City of Boston, Public Records One City Hall Plaza Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Leah Berrault appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Berrault requested various records pertaining to a particular car crash. Subsequently, I learned that the City intends to provide Ms. Berrault with a response to her request. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide a response in compliance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations. Ms. Berrault may appeal the substantive nature of the response within 90 days.
