Murray Supervisor of Records June 14, 2022 SPR22/1264 Malav Patel Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office 400 Mystic Avenue Medford, MA 02155 Dear Mr. Patel: I have received the petition of Walter Wuthmann appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Wuthmann requested various records pertaining to a particular employee. Subsequently, I learned that the Office intends to provide Mr. Wuthmann with a response to this request. Accordingly, the Office is ordered to provide said response in compliance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations. Mr. Wuthmann may appeal the substantive nature of the response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
