See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 10, 2022, Mr. Wuthmann requested the following: [1] All internal affairs investigation records for [identified individual][;] [2] Records showing the date [identified individual] was hired by the Department[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wuthmann petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1268, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a response to Mr. Wuthmann dated June 3, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wuthmann may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
