G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 12, 2022, Grace Ferguson of WBUR requested all internal affairs investigation records and records showing the date of hire of two identified individuals. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wuthmann petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/1269, was opened as a result. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Mr. Wuthmann a response to the request for records. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Wuthmann with a response to the request, in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
