G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Wuthmann requested various records pertaining to a particular employee. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Wuthmann with a response to this request Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed.
