G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 13, 2022, Mr. Wuthmann requested: -All internal affairs investigation records for [an identified person] -Records showing the date [the identified person] was hired by the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wuthmann petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/1277, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Wuthmann with a response dated June 6, 2022. In light of the Department’s June 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wuthmann may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days.
