The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 15, 2022 SPR22/1322 Kathleen Smith Interim Superintendent, RAO Dover-Sherborn Regional School District Administration Building 157 Farm Street Dover, MA 02030 Dear Interim Superintendent Smith: I have received the petition of Corey Spaulding appealing the response of the Dover- Sherborn Regional School District (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 19, 2022, Ms. Spaulding requested, “… any and all documents in regards to how the Dover/Sherborn accepts/approves and processes federal grants.” The School responded on June 3, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1322, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a further response on June 15, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the School’s June 3rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
