Milanoski appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Hopedale (Town) to two requests for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 25, 2022, Mr. Milanoski requested, “…any police records pertaining to [a named person] over the last 24 months.” On May 20, 2022, Mr. Milanoski requested “…a copy of all executive session minutes regarding West Street for the last 12 months…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Milanoski petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1328, was opened as a result. Request dated March 25th Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Town has provided a response. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Milanoski with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. Request dated May 20th I learned that the Town provided a response to Mr. Milanoski dated June 10, 2022. Mr. Milanoski may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
