Springfield City Hall 36 Court Street, Room 123 Springfield, MA 01103 Dear Attorney Roche: I have received the petition of Attorney Lawrence Madden appealing the nonresponse of the City of Springfield (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Madden requested the Springfield Police Department Database Front Sheet. Having received no response, Attorney Madden petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated June 17, 2022. Where this matter was opened based upon the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
