Murray Supervisor of Records June 28, 2022 SPR22/1398 Kim Gouveia Public Records Access Officer Middlesex District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Avenue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Ms. Gouveia: I have received the petition of Andrew Quemere appealing the response of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 18, 2022, Mr. Quemere requested “…an unredacted version of a disclosure” relating to a named individual. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Quemere petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1398, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Office has provided a response. As such, the Office is ordered to provide Mr. Quemere with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
