Smith appealing the nonresponse of the City of Worcester (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 29, 2022, Mr. Smith requested records concerning a 911 call placed from an identified address. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Smith petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR22/1402, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City is aware of this appeal and is working on a response. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Smith with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
