The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 30, 2022 SPR22/1423 Valerie Connolly Records Access Officer Secretary of the Commonwealth Administrative Services Division One Ashburton Place, Room 1710 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Connolly: I have received the petition of Steven Fitzgerald appealing the nonresponse of the Administrative Services Division (Division) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 30, 2022, Mr. Fitzgerald requested “…any forms received by the city of Everett for the destruction of records.” Subsequently, I learned that the Division provided Mr. Fitzgerald with a response dated June 22, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fitzgerald may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
