G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 21, 2022, Ms. Ortiz sought records related to “‘Prevention Strategy’ Meeting . . . with Multiple Public School Districts.” The Office provided a response on June 15, 2022. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Ms. Ortiz petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1428, was opened as a result. In a July 1, 2022 email, Ms. Ortiz informed this office she wishes to close out the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Ms. Ortiz’s request, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
