G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). As required by law, it is my understanding that the City furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor, Attorney Robert Hennessy of Schnipper Hennessy, PC. Id. In its email to this office dated June 24, 2022, the City states, “[p]lease be advised, the City is withdrawing this Petition.The requester contacted me today to state that he found another source for the document in question. He said to close his request.” Conclusion In light of the above, it is unnecessary to opine on the City’s petition for waiver of statutory limits on fees that may be assessed in responding to a public records request.
