G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Forcier requested records pertaining to revenues and expenses by line item for the Ledges Golf Course from April 15, 2022 until May 31, 2022. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Forcier with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this appeal closed.
