G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 14, 2022, Mr. Fitzgerald requested the police reports pertaining to nine restaurants since January 2020. On June 15, 2022, the Department responded. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Fitzgerald petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1503, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Fitzgerald’s request with a further response sent on July 7, 2022. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s June 15, 2022 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
