The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 7, 2022 SPR22/1548 Robert Sanborn, III Superintendent Cape Cod Regional Technical High School 351 Pleasant Lake Avenue Harwich, MA 02645 Dear Superintendent Sanborn: I have received the petition of Mary Kate McGowan appealing the nonresponse of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 19, 2022, Ms. McGowan requested the School’s policies and procedures for special education including those stemming from the SEPPS. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. McGowan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1548, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a response was provided to Ms. McGowan dated July 6, 2022. Where this matter was opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McGowan may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
