G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 21, 2022, Mr. Dias requested, “[a]ll hotel and other travel expenses or reimbursements from any employee in the Mayor’s office or [named person] for the period of time January 1, 2020 to June 17, 2022.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Dias petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1577, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Dias with a response to his request dated July 8, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dias may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
