G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 17, 2022, Ms. Desrochers requested a specified incident report. The Department responded on June 20, 2022 providing responsive records in redacted form pursuant to Exemption (f) of the Public Records Law. G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(f). Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Desrochers petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1579, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Department provided a supplemental response on July 11, 2022. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Desrochers may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
