See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). In two separate requests on March 15, 2022, Ms. Beckta requested, “[t]he maintenance records for the elevator at City Hall for the outage in March, 2022[,]” and “[t]he records for maintenance, repair, service, inspections for the elevator at City Hall for FY2015-2021.” Previous Appeals These requests were the subjects of previous appeals. See SPR22/1487; SPR22/1489 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (July 11, 2022). In the Supervisor’s July 11th determination, the Supervisor ordered that the City provide Ms. Beckta with a response to her requests. On July 12, 2022, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Beckta petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1618, was opened as a result. Subsequently, it is my understanding that a representative of the City provided a further response on July 18, 2022 to Ms. Beckta’s request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
