G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 6, 2022, Mr. Mazurczyk requested “[i]nvoices for the month of July 2021 of Verizon accounts #786801404-00001 and #481485108-00002.” Previous appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR22/0150 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 3, 2022); SPR22/0537 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 17, 2022) and SPR22/0940 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 4, 2022). The Town responded on May 4, 2022. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1674, was opened as a result. Based upon a conversation between a Public Records Division senior attorney and a Town representative, it is my understanding that the Town intends on providing a further response to Mr. Mazurczyk. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Mazurczyk with a response to the request in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days.
