Kremer, of Kremer Law, LLC., appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Southborough (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 17, 2022, Attorney Kremer requested “…all ZBA executive session minutes regarding the proposed project by Park Central, LLC from 2013 to 2016.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Kremer petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1677, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Attorney Kremer with the responsive records on July 29, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
