Hogan appealing the nonresponse of the New Bedford Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 8, 2022, Mr. Hogan requested “all extant principal evaluation forms for [named employee] in her roles as principal at [named schools].” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Hogan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1785, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Mr. Hogan with a response dated August 3, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
