G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 10, 2022, Ms. Ahern-Pugliese requested 124 pages of public records that the City is holding. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Ahern-Pugliese petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1796, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Ms. Ahern-Pugliese with a response dated August 9, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ahern-Pugliese may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
