G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 11, 2022, Mr. Wuthmann requested “[a]ll internal affairs investigation records for [a named individual and] [r]ecords showing the date [the individual] was hired by the Erving Police Department.” Prior Appeal The requested records were the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR22/0957 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 4, 2022). In my May 4th determination I found that the basis of the appeal was unclear and closed the appeal. On August 4, 2022, Mr. Wuthmann clarified the appeal as objecting to the fee-estimate produced by the Town. Mr. Wuthmann petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1812, was opened as a result. In an email dated August 15, 2022, Mr. Wuthmann informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Mr. Wuthmann’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
