Sheehan Town Clerk Town of Westminster 11 South Street Westminster, MA 01473 Dear Ms. Sheehan: I have received the petition of Mary Ann Murphy appealing the response of the Town of Westminster (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 5, 2022, Ms. Murphy requested records relating to stormwater management for an identified new home construction project. On July 25, 2022, the Town responded. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Murphy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1892, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Murphy’s request with further responses sent on August 18, 2022 and August 23, 2022. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s July 25, 2022 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Murphy may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 18th and August 23rd responses within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
