Box 264 Shutesbury, MA 01072 Dear Ms. Bannasch: I have received the petition of Mary Lou Ferro appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Shutesbury (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 2, 2022, Ms. Ferro requested, “…SSB zoom meeting of July 26th, 2022 [and] copies of my certificates OML course, and Conflict of Interest Certificates.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Ferro petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1905, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Ferro with a response dated August 17, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ferro may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
