Box 264 Shutesbury, MA 01072 Dear Ms. Bannasch: I have received the petition of Amanda Alix appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Shutesbury (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 1, 2022, Ms. Alix requested the following records: [1] Zoom recording of the June 12, 2022 finance committee meeting[;] [2] Zoom recording of the July 28, 2022 conservation commission meeting[;] [3] Copy of select board vote regarding the approval of a licensed site professional to administer remediation activities at Lot 0-32[;] [4] Copy of select board vote regarding the approval of a wetlands delineation study[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Alix petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1909, was opened as a result. Subsequently, it is my understanding the Town provided a response on August 18, 2022 to Ms. Alix’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Alix may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
