See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 17, 2022, Mr. Fitzgerald requested numerous records regarding an alcohol license for a named property. As a result of the City’s lack of response, Mr. Fitzgerald petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1914, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a response on August 25, 2022. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Fitzgerald may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s August 25th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
