G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 20, 2022, Mr. Mazurczyk requested “. . . source(s), explanation, for FLA (floor living area?), bathroom, and land area differences applied” to the FY18 comparable property comparison chart. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/1928, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response on August 31, 2022. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 31st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
